Shipping
Your order will be ready to ship within 1–3 business days, including custom hand-stamped items.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-ship.
US Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate, regardless of quantity. Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days via USPS. Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more.
US Express Shipping: Available at checkout for $32.00.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Please refer to the USPS military address guide for proper formatting and delivery timeframes.
If your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, please contact us.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Returns are accepted, however return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued for the item price — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on custom hand-stamped items. Express shipping is only refundable if the package is determined to be late by USPS.

Your receipt is emailed to you at the time of purchase. A printed receipt is not included in the package unless specifically requested.

When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address as part of the buying process. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your IP address to help us understand your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and updates.

Third-party providers we use will only collect and use your information as needed to perform their services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies. Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us understand site traffic and visitor behavior.
